The shooting of a masseuse girl in Chinatown convinces Hooker that a Vietnamese crime mob is operating in the area and trying to take over the district’s message parlours. With information from a Vietnamese girlfriend of Corrigan’s, Romano goes undercover at the parlour in the middle of the trouble as an outcall driver, while Stacy works as one of the massage girls; but when Stacy’s cover is roused, Hooker must race to save her.
